What you will be doing as the Front Office Specialist:

Main point of contact for all patients.
Interact with all patients as they enter, leave, or request assistance within any of the facilities.
Exemplify customer service while ensuring each patient interaction is handled with care.
Coordinate patient check in.
Schedule for follow up appointments.
Answer phones.
Take insurance

What you will need as the Front Office Specialist:

High School Diploma or GED - Minimum Required; Associates Degree - Preferred Degree
EPIC experience is required
6 months+ of healthcare experience
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to train others as needed.
