We're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join us in engaging the local community, sharing crucial election information, and inspiring civic participation. Our Ideal Candidate:

Diligent and self-motivated.
Experienced in canvassing (worked on at least two projects).
Familiar with canvassing software and platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

Exceed all on-the-ground metrics.
Engage progressive communities in your assigned area.
Attend training and staff meetings.
Connect with your community.
Be punctual and reliable.

Required Qualifications:

Basic literacy (reading and writing).
Access to reliable transportation to the site.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to walk for 8 hours a day.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Prior canvassing experience.
Understanding of field targeting and campaign metrics.
Local knowledge of Gastonia, NC neighborhoods, demographics, and local issues.

Salary: $22/hour
