Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be willing to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week (We are only looking to work with individuals who want to earn commissions EVERY WEEK but how much you earn is up to YOU!)
• Be willing to learn the TLG selling system including phone script, “in home” virtual presentation, product placement etc...
• Team-supported environment, communication and engagement is required with TLG's LMS (Learning Management System)
• Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on client age, health, and desired insurance coverage.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Insurance or Health Agents or TOP sales rep (must be willing to obtain Life Insurance License)
• Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality!
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have a smart phone and a laptop.
