Job Description

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience deploying a privileged access management solution in a multi-domain, network-segmented environment.
Integrating CA-PAM solutions with identity platforms.
Experienced with Linux, Windows, and other platforms
Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell & RESTAPI integrations)
Experience creating documentation
Experience in CA-PAM Policy management (creation/configuration)
Experience in CA-PAM Job scheduling
Experience in patch management on CA-PAM appliances and upgrade
Experience Debugging issues with CA-PAM appliances

What are the top 3 must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role? What type of software skills is an absolute must have?

  • Strong knowledge on CA-Privilege Access Manager
  • Strong knowledge on Password policies
  • Strong Technical expertise in handling projects , drive end to end closure , Project management experience

What are the top 3 "nice to have" that would separate a successful candidate from their competition?

  • Strong knowledge on scripting (Perl, Shell , etc)
  • Finetuning of CA-PAM
  • Reporting

What will the interview process look like? Is there a test in the interview the candidate should be prepared for?
o Phone screen, 2 interviews

What are the working hours, time zone?
o 8-5PM EST, but flexible. Remote.

What is the duration of this contract and is there a chance it will be extended?
o 6 months and may extend

What is the day to day of the person going to look like?

  • Work with CA-PAM team and Risk team to Co-ordinate password rotations
  • Prepare schedules
  • Rule clean-up
  • Reporting
  • Documentation
  • Finetuning

  • At least 3 years of experience
