Position Overview:
The General Manager of the Home Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the division's operations, including profit and loss management, recruitment, sales strategy development, cultural enhancement, and process optimization. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the GM will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor expenses and optimize cost structures to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and manage the company's annual budget
• Monitor financial performance, cost controls, and profitability
• Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute the company's strategic plan and business objectives
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends
• Make data-driven decisions to enhance company performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Recruitment and Talent Management:

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent within the division.
• Develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
• Establish performance metrics and goals to measure sales effectiveness.

Cultural Enhancement:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the home services industry.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss management, financial analysis, and budgeting.

• Expertise in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

SALARY: $150k - $160 K with up to 50% bonus
