The General Manager of the Home Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the division's operations, including profit and loss management, recruitment, sales strategy development, cultural enhancement, and process optimization. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the GM will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the division.

Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent within the division.
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
