Now Hiring: Transport Logistics Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Transport Logistics Supervisor to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of logistical service that Carbel LLC is known for and involves orchestrating transportation and logistics strategies, fostering team excellence, and driving continuous improvement in our transportation processes.

Position Details:

• Location: Remote (Applicant must reside in S. FL), with initial training in Miami & New York.
• Language Requirement: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a prerequisite for this position.
• Travel: Some travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison between company and client
• Lead and motivate a team dedicated to logistics excellence.
• Provide support during high workload periods or team absences.
• Monitor and analyze transportation service quality.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, mainly in transportation (Air & Ground).
• Supervisory Experience
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reports, etc.).
• Experience in managing inventory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of customs procedures is a plus.
