ArtClvb Full Stack Flutter Developer (Mid-Senior Level)

Introduction: ArtClvb, an early-stage startup, is seeking a talented Full Stack Flutter Developer to join our team in revolutionizing the art world through technology. As a specialized Market Network, ArtClvb combines social networking and marketplace features to empower artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts. We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join us in building the next iteration of ArtClvb’s customer facing technology platforms. This role will be the lead in-house developer for all customer facing mobile and web technologies. This position could be in person at our [Detroit, Michigan] offices or remote.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cofounders to translate requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Develop scalable, high-performance Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Design and maintain efficient, reusable Flutter architecture and codebase.
• Implement engaging user interfaces and interactive experiences.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Optimize application performance across different devices and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in mobile app development.
• Own app store deployment and management.
• Manage repositories for mobile applications and linked libraries.
• Iterate on UI/UX functionality to align with the product roadmap.

Experience And Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years specifically in mobile development.
• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart development.
• Experience with integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
• Familiarity with Firebase.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team as the company grows.
• Experience with AI (preferred).
• Familiarity with blockchain technology (preferred).

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
