JOB SUMMARY: Manages and mentors the Facilities Maintenance team who are responsible for the maintenance and repairs for Easton and related properties.
CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversees planning, documentation, and scheduling of the preventative maintenance plans for shopping center infrastructure and equipment.
· Train, mentor, create plans and goals for the team, and hold team accountable for their responsibilities.
· Manages Corrigo work order system. Train new employees, monitor to ensure set-up is accurate, and system is working as intended.
· Oversees implementation and documentation of department operational procedures.
· Responsible for facilities inspections and reports
· Supports Sr. Manager of PM with Capital projects
· Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on Corrigo workorder system and billing procedures
· Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
· Responsible for communication with retail tenants with regard to work orders.
· Responsible for managing the vendor contact for repairs and maintenance of property equipment.
· Manage department scheduling, payroll hours and ensure appropriate staffing.
· Responsible for managing uniform purchases for team.
· Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions and may frequently walk on slippery or uneven surfaces. The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud. This job operates partly in a professional office environment. This role can require use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions and may frequently walk on slippery or uneven surfaces. The noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
TRAVEL
· Travel may be expected for this position.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or equivalent; Trade School or College coursework/degree encouraged.
· Possess general knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, building automation systems.
· Previous experience in repairs and maintenance of the above is required; Experience with large campus environments (shopping centers, hotels, universities) preferred.
· Previous management experience required.
· Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word is required. Additional experience with a Work Order program is a plus.
