IT Administrator

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled IT Manager who will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, including the iSeries platform, and Office 365 implementation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and maximizing their efficiency to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including iSeries systems,  and Office 365 services.
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop IT solutions that meet the needs of various departments.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users on Office 365-related matters.
• Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to IT administration and Office 365 implementation.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in IT administration and Office 365 administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, including iSeries systems and Office 365 services.
• Hands-on experience with iSeries administration, including hardware, operating system, and related software.
• Office 365 implementation experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other Office 365 services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
