Title: Studio Manager- Greenwich, CT
Reports to: Regional Sales & Operations Manager
Employment Status: Part Time- 25-30 hours per week OR Full Time with Instructing

Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Achieve company established goals with a business owner mindset and emphasis on profitability and margins
- Strategically drive revenue growth by implementing targeted sales initiatives, fostering client acquisition, loyalty, and positive experiences
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to "The Ask" sales process, fostering an internal culture that proactively engages with clients, encouraging and optimizing opportunities for purchases through personalized interactions
- Collaboration with the Marketing Department on strategic sales initiatives
Staff Management:
- Lead, inspire, and drive a high-performing team, foster a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to SLT's values and excellence in general
- Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to SLTeam members, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements
- Supervise client services team members engaging in product and retail sales, facilities, and customer service needs
- Oversee the training of new SLTeam members and promoting a positive work culture
Operations:
- Uphold and elevate the cleanliness and maintenance standards aligning with SLT's commitment to excellence and client experience
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Greenwich studio
- Ensure studio revenue, occupancy and first visit goals are met each month
- Aid in private session booking
- Receive, process and manage display of all retail merchandise
- Complete monthly merchandise inventory
- Manage inventory of studio supplies
- Perform bi-weekly machine maintenance; report and deal with issues
- Process client purchases
- Manage studio communications including email, phone calls, and calendar planning
- Handle any noise complaints or building issues
- Own relationship with all outside vendors including landlord, cleaning company, and maintenance team
Client Experience:
- Encourage and gather feedback, resolving client inquiries and issues
- Manage and attend to all client booking requests and concerns
- Track and analyze customer feedback trends to inform strategic decisions and improvements
Marketing:
- Collaborate with Marketing Department to develop studio-specific outreach and growth strategies and partner with managers on execution
- Conduct community outreach to build strong local relationships
- Drive acquisition and retention for the studio in collaboration with with Regional Manager & Marketing
- Ensure studio team is delivering a consistent and welcoming new client experience
- Manage in studio execution of marketing initiatives and promotions
- Maintain updated in-studio messaging incl. signs, community boards + instructor announcements
- Develop local initiatives to drive studio utilization and trial alongside the Regional Manager and Marketing
- Build studio community through client relationships, loyalty program and new client experience
- Coordinate curated classes including fundraising and donated classes
- Represent the SLT brand inside the studio and in the community
Qualifications:
- Management experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness or retail industry a plus
- Self-starter with strong managerial and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and think and react quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking skills are a must
Work Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs
- Handling inventories and occasional blackout dates may apply
