Part Time Housekeeper / Household Manager

Family seeking a housekeeper/ household manager whose existing schedule is adaptable to a flexible schedule upon guest reservations with Airbnb . Candidate will be responsible for deep cleaning family's home in addition to cleaning and managing the family’s Airbnb property 10 minutes away. Responsibilities are to ensure all areas of home and Airbnb are properly maintained, cleaned, sanitized and stocked with necessary items. Additionally duties are communicating with guests via Airbnb app to make sure check in/check out runs smoothly, and assist with any issues that may arise. Ideal candidate has professional experience with deep cleaning, strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, is proactive, organized and has an exceptional ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Rate: $30-$35 an hour
• Start Date: Late August/Early September 2024
• Hours: Mondays 6 hours (flexible to adapt to candidates schedule) Flexibility on Thurs/Fridays for check ins for guests TBD
• Guaranteed Hours: 15 per week with potential to grow and work additional hours!
• Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days/ major holidays off and paid
• Looking for long term commitment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Non-smoker
• Must have prior experience
• Provide 3-5 Professional References
