We are looking for a Sales Construction Manager to join our team. You will be calling on asset managers, construction managers, commercial REIT managers, and others to develop exterior renovation project sales opportunities nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Multifamily Renovation services to new and existing National accounts.
- Prospect and contact potential Construction managers, Asset managers, Management Companies, etc.
- Reach agreed-upon budgets, scope of work, change orders, and sales targets by the deadline
- Develop and maintain existing and potential client relationships, contacts, etc.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multi-family commercial exterior renovation projects
- A minimum of 5 years of construction sales roofing experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
