Job Description

Our logistics client is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Schedule shipments and/or dispatch trucks to ensure timely delivery within scheduled times.
Work directly with drivers and customers regarding any lost or damaged shipments
Ability to bid on loads on websites (DAT board, XPO), etc.
Experience working with spreadsheets for tracking purposes
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent computer and communication skills
Must be able to work 2pm-10pm (Monday-Friday)

Experience

3+ years as a Dispatcher (working for trucking or logistics company)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
