Landscape crew leaders will lead crews of team members ensuring all work performed is done to its highest standard and on time. Direct and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects and maintenance. Manage time, productivity, and materials. Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, team members, and managers. Promote safety, performance and well- being of all crews. Perform general landscaping maintenance.
1-3 Years experience managing crew members. Plant identification and care knowledge. Drivers License is a must.
