Entry Level Sales and Marketing

Job Description: As an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, interacting directly with consumers in a variety of settings. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with consumers face-to-face to promote products, services, or fundraising campaigns.
• Generating leads and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.
• Setting up and managing promotional booths at events, retail stores, and pop-up locations.
• Providing product demonstrations and answering customer inquiries.
• Collecting customer feedback and market insights to inform future marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various locations within the designated area.
