Groundskeeper

• Perform daily inspections of outdoor areas, including parking lots, walkways, and recreational spaces, to identify and address any cleanliness or safety issues.
• Sweep, rake, and remove debris from sidewalks, driveways, and common areas to maintain a neat appearance.
• Empty trash receptacles and disposal of garbage and recycling materials per established procedures.
• Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, fixtures, and amenities to prolong their lifespan and enhance their appearance.
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, watering, and pruning to ensure the health and beauty of plants and green spaces.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns regarding outdoor maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and guidelines related to outdoor maintenance and cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in custodial or groundskeeping work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ground maintenance techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and kneeling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
