MSC is currently seeking exceptional Virtual Receptionists to join our exclusive medical spa and aesthetic practice live call answering service. We are dedicated to revolutionizing aesthetic practices through our comprehensive, industry-specialized, and client-oriented services.

As an MSC Virtual Receptionist, you will play an essential role in our team, acting as the first point of contact for our clients' patients. You will not only answer calls but also exceed callers' expectations, attract new clients, and reflect our clients' brand values through exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will benefit from our continuous training and testing on aesthetic industry terminology, FAQs on the most common procedures and treatments, and much more. We value knowledge and believe in the power of industry expertise. That's why we are committed to empowering our team members with the insights and skills they need to excel in their roles.

Ideal candidates for this position will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a keen interest in the medical spa and aesthetic industry. You should be reliable, flexible, and dedicated to providing a personalized and friendly experience to everyone you interact with.

REQUIREMENTS

-Must be intrigued and willing to learn about the medical spa space.
- We will be teaching you everything you need to know, but it's important to note, that you will be acting as an extension of each of the med spas you are answering the phone for.
- You must be somewhat tech-savvy - if you struggle to use a computer, you will not be a good fit for this position
- Excellent people skills (super friendly and patient) and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.

-Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Start your shift on time and ready to work

- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and social media chats for medical spas and other aesthetic practices

- Call patients to remind & confirm appointments.

- Schedule & book consultations & schedule treatments

- Follow-up on marketing leads to generate book consultations

- Communicate professionally and showcase your friendly personality

- Navigate cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens

- Familiarize yourself with our clients and their services

- Attendee regular training sessions to sharpen your skills and gain knowledge about the aesthetic industry

- Have a can-do attitude while multitasking

- Be a team player, reliable, and type detailed messages free of spelling & grammatical errors
