Manager Locum Tenens Division
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage overall fulfillment of Locum Tenens positions throughout the United States
- Investigate and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Direct recruitment advertising efforts to reflect current market needs
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operation
- Work collaboratively with Executive Team on client strategies/initiatives
- Track the process of all candidates in the pipeline
- Assist compliance department with all onboarding
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced Knowledge of Locum Tenens Staffing – minimum 2 years
- Excellent listening, writing and verbal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Team Player
