Position Summary:

This position will provide analytical support to the AP department. In addition this function will be responsible for assisting in resolving supplier payment issues and to provide analysis to solve processing issues.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Analyze supplier payment issues. Provide timely research and resolution. 

·         Perform root cause analysis on payment issues to solve long term process gaps. 

·         Assists manager and supervisor with research of issues and provides resolution of issues.  

·         Possible works with management on special projects.  

·         Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred.  

·         Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.  

Requirements & Qualifications:  

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent required  

·         Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred  

·         2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable function  

·         Previous experience with Casino/Hospitality company desired

·         Strong Analytical Skills  

·         Ability to pass criminal background check
