THIS ROLE IS OPEN DUE TO GROWTH AND PROMOTIONS

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Assist the sales team in managing accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
- Support sales representatives in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales strategies and target markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and update customer information.
- Coordinate with outside sales representatives to ensure efficient communication and workflow.

Skills:

- Experience in account management and technology sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, market analysis, and negotiation strategies.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an outside sales team to achieve common goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,525.18 - $50,621.72 per year
