- This role is designed for an individual who not only excels in sales but has extensive experience with law enforcement and embodies strategic acumen to navigate complex challenges without direct oversight. The Sales Executive will be instrumental in securing significant contracts, fostering enduring relationships, and augmenting our market position, ultimately contributing to our financial growth and stability.
- In our pursuit of a Sales Executive, we seek more than a role filler; we seek a pivotal asset who will catalyze revenue growth and solidify our market standing. The value of this position lies in its direct impact on our financial health and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Spearhead the acquisition of lucrative federal government contracts by leveraging research tools like sam.gov & forecasting portals, resulting in a direct increase in revenue streams.
· Establish strategic partnerships with federal procurement officers across key NAICS codes, directly impacting our ability to secure high-value deals and expand our market share.
· Identify and seize new business opportunities with various federal law enforcement departments (e.g., BIA, BLM, DHS, NPS, FWS, BSEE, BOEM, Air Force Security Forces, ATF, Department of Corrections), translating into expanded clientele and enhanced brand recognition within the law enforcement community.
· Offer comprehensive backing to the sales team, managing pricing, product recommendations, law letter coordination, and quotes, bringing sales initiatives to fruition and directly contributing to the company's bottom line.
· Innovatively manage law enforcement channel partnerships, resulting in efficient market penetration and revenue maximization.
· Help guide strategy for and participate in regional or national law enforcement trade shows as needed.
· Maintain meticulous oversight of our product inventory, ensuring operational excellence and compliance, which is essential to securing and upholding government contracts.
· Directly support high-stakes logistics operations, ensuring the seamless flow of arms and other defense products to clients, thereby maintaining our compliance and reputation for reliability.
· Strategically contribute to marketing and IT projects that have a tangible impact on sales conversions and customer engagement.
· Collaborate with the channel supervisor and marketing to craft and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
· Proven ability to deliver sales results, with a clear track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Extensive experience law enforcement or defense sectors, also within BIA and tribal law enforcement
· Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with a history of closing deals.
· A comprehensive understanding of firearms and defense products, aligning with industry compliance standards.
· Adept at project management, with the capability to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
