Warehouse Office Administrator

Urbia is seeking a motivated Warehouse Administrator with excellent communication skills. Managing the day-to-day administrative duties in the warehouse, the ideal candidate is detailed-oriented and well organized. The Warehouse Administrator is expected to maintain a professional and effective relationship with all internal and external parties. Working from within the warehouse, the Warehouse Administrator will liaison internally with the Sales, Accounting and Logistics Departments as well as external parties..

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out clerical duties.
• Maintain and organize internal documents including shipping files, expense forms, and shop tickets
• Use ERP software system to check inventory, process warehouse transfers, monitor order fulfillment and communicate between the departments
• Manage document flow of order fulfillment, including Pick, Pack & Ship and internal transfers
• Perform inventory audits.
• Assist management in all communications.
• Process shipping and receiving documents, including inbound freight and customer returns

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 or more years’ office administration experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
