Serving Southwest Florida since 1992, ProQuest Cooling Systems is a family-owned business focused on residential HVAC.

We are expanding our service department, seeking professional lead technicians with great technical ability, communication skills and professionalism.

ProQuest Cooling is a customer service focused company. No high pressure sales. This keeps a friendly relationship between our customers and technicians.

We are NOT looking for "Sales Techs". We are looking for technicians with knowledge and experience in servicing modern equipment and older equipment alike.

Minimum of two years service experience as an HVAC service technician with the willingness to learn.

Sealed system experience strongly preferred.

A strong mechanical aptitude is needed with proven experience in installation, service, troubleshooting and repairing both communicating and no communicating equipment.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
