Job Description

Maintenance Technician
Full Time
$25-$31 Hourly

Responsibilities:

* Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery. This includes manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery

* Dismantles, installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment * Ability to read mechanical blueprints and hydraulic schematics

* Repairs and fabricates * PLC programming * Safely operate a seated forklift * Properly program, setup, recover and diagnose robots * Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues * Accurately document department data / compete required paperwork * Practice safe shut down and lockout / tagout procedures *

Qualifications:

* Adhere to all safety policies

* Steel, forging, manufacturing experience preferred

* Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge of hand tools

* Good communication skills * Proven problem-solving skills

* Technical knowledge

* Strong work ethic

* Ability to train others as needed

* Work as a team
