Qualifications for the job:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous management QSR food service concept
- NY Food Handler Certified
- Ability/flexibility to work 45 – 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to set goals, create action plans, and implement those plans
- Reliable transportation
Key Competencies:
- Ability to recruit, select, train, assign, and schedule team members
- Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
- Work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store
- Proactively manage and develop a strong store team
- Review performance of employees and enforce policies and procedures
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant are meeting standards
- Establish, follow, and enforce sanitation standards and procedures
- Ability to control cash, property, product, and equipment
