We have an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Support Analyst to join our team in our Tampa, FL office. This position is working Monday-Friday daytime hours.
How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Technical Analyst is responsible for:
- Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems. Respond to tickets/calls, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner. Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.
- Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades.
- Manage user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups.
- Repair, re-image, and test pc's for deployment
- Act as the initial point of contact for all computer any system related concerns from users
- Travel to offices within region
- Some weekend coverage
