As a pivotal part of our operation, you'll oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operations. Reports directly to General Manager.

Having working knowledge with Toast Pos, catering and marketing sales a huge plus. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary and catering activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen and front of housepersonnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Available to work nights and weekends

• Strong attention to detail
• Serve Safe Manager and Basset Certification
