Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of new products:

• Direct requirements reviews, test readiness reviews & design reviews
• Drive compliance to requirements & maintain compliance matrix records
• Support other key functional engineering groups
• Direct the creation of models, prints, electronic schematics, PCBA layouts & BOM
• Create & release assembly and functional rest specifications
• Drive close-loop handling of all issues to ensure continuous improvement
• Work with Business Development to obtain product requirements and approval
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of product development & design release to production experience
• 3+ years of experience in battery system projects
