Maintenance Part Time

In general, Maintenance employees handle the overall appearance of the facility as well as maintain all equipment. Maintenance employees will perform additional duties as assigned as well. Open availability.

·       Check the maintenance schedule for special projects for the day

·       Sweep all entrances and exits and pick up any trash

• Walk the facilities, pick up trash, check for burned-out lights, record any repair or maintenance problems, empty full trash cans, and report illegal parkers and tickets if necessary.
• May require the painting of poles, walls, machines, curbs, lanes, and other requests.
• Clean all restrooms in facilities and all stairwells.
• Maintain any other equipment in facilities.
• Clean all oil/water spots as needed.
• Sweep garages regularly.
• Check all ticket spitters and gates to ensure that they are working properly and are properly stocked with tickets and the correct time is on equipment.
• Ensure that all machines are kept clean and wiped down from dirt.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working (if you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence)
• Pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and criminal background check.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Must be able to stand during the entire shift.
• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
