Job Description

The Accounts Receivables Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the activities related to the collection of accounts receivable, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Management:

Potentially generate, send, and manage client invoices.
Address and resolve any billing issues or inquiries from clients.

2. Payment Management:

Ensure timely payments of all invoices.
Manage and reconcile client accounts and ledgers.

3. Collections: 

Manage collections efforts and processes to ensure compliance with policy.
Engage with clients in a professional manner to address and resolve delinquencies.

4. Reporting:

Produce regular reports on payment status and aging receivables.

5. Customer Service:

Professionally handle and resolve any client inquiries related to billing and payment.
Coordinate with internal departments to manage account statuses and resolutions.

6. Compliance and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all collection activities.
