Assistant Manager/Shift Manager

About Us:  At Bachus & Schanker we’re dedicated to providing unparalleled legal representation to individuals in need.  Our contact center serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance.  Whether they reach out by phone or through our website contact form, our team is responsible for delivering an exceptional first impression and conducting initial case reviews, securing initial retainers and setting follow up meetings with firm investigators and attorneys.

Your Role:  As the Assistant Manager/Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our contact center team. Your responsibilities include:

            •          Providing hands-on supervisory assistance with appointment setting and initial

client retainer signing.

            •          Coaching, motivating, and guiding staff to adhere to contact assessment

protocols and meeting activity goals.

            •          Assisting staff in delivering on our methodology, emphasizing client satisfaction

and retention.

            •          Identifying representation opportunities and providing guidance to staff on

recognizing closing cues.

            •          Supervising shift operations and coordinating the activities of our call-service

team.

What You Bring - The Person:  To thrive in this role, you should possess:

            •          Previous experience as a call center coach or supervisor in an Inside Sales Center.

            •          A proven track record of closing sales and exceeding customer expectations.

            •          Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively lead and inspire

our team.

            •          The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a

team leader.

            •          A positive attitude, excellent multitasking skills, and attention to detail.

            •          Commitment to meeting internal daily reporting deadlines and driving

continuous improvement.
