Legacy Endeavors is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our growing team! This is a full-time float position, offering guaranteed full-time hours with two flexible days off per week (can be discussed during interview).

In this role, you will:

Provide exceptional support to individuals with developmental disabilities in our group homes and individualized settings.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation.
Develop meaningful relationships and promote independence for each individual.
Foster a safe and enriching environment.
Be a team player and collaborate effectively with staff.

We require a highly motivated individual who is:

Flexible and adaptable, able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and split shifts.
Open to working occasional overnight shifts (asleep).
Available to come in on short notice to cover staff absences.
A reliable and dependable team player with a positive attitude.
Possesses a valid driver's license with a clean record (no DWIs).
Willing to transport individuals in your own vehicle with valid insurance (mileage will be reimbursed).
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
