ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets guests and takes beverage orders according to departmental policies and procedures.
- Relays guest beverage requests to Bartender using established calling procedures
- Collects order from Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to guests with a cocktail napkin.
- Comps player drinks in accordance with house rules.
- Removes dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar. Removes/cleans dirty ashtrays from table games area as needed.
- Requests identification from guests when legal age is questioned.
- Ensures station is clean and with regulatory guidelines
- Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including health, fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Experience serving cocktails or food in a similar location preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Alcohol Awareness Card and Clark County Health Card required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Micros or similar POS software experience preferred.
MACHINERY USED
Beverage dispensers.
