• 3-2-1 Drawl Schedule: Kickstart your journey with us! Eligible agents receive $3,000 in month one, $2,000 in month two, and $1,000 in month three. There is no payback if your commissions do not exceed these amounts in their respective month.
• Generous Payouts: Sales Agents get an 80% commission payout with a $20,000 annual cap on their sales. We also pay 55% on lease commissions.
• Premier Agent Bonus: Achieve $200,000 in combined annual commissions and become a Premier Agent. Enjoy a $5,000 bonus plus a 2.5% commission raise for the next fiscal year.
