About the Role
Heyday Skincare is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster brand loyalty. Reporting to the CMO and based in New York City, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing organization in a rapidly evolving industry.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with Heyday Skincare's brand vision, values, and business objectives.
• Lead in the implementation of the local brand strategy and develop the market and brand activation plans aligned with both the local business development objectives and the global brand vision
• Lead efforts to acquire new customers through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, CRM and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and conversion.
• Define and coordinate product launch strategy and initiatives
• Work closely with our Franchise Partners assuring the marketing needs are met across all shops.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, training, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to track and analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure brand deliverables and timings are met

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus!
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing roles
• Has experience leading and developing a team
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Positive attitude with a scrappy approach to challenges.
• Passion for skincare and wellness is a plus.
  
  

Pay Transparency: $130,000 - $170,000 annually
