Job Description

Express is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in identifying talent and connecting them with rewarding career opportunities across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media and employee referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and career goals
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by actively recruiting for open positions
- Foster strong relationships with coworkers, candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment trends and strategies
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences
