The Harvest Manager will oversee the critical harvest operations within our cannabis cultivation facility. This role is vital for ensuring that harvesting processes are streamlined and productive, keeping our operations seamless and our product quality high.

What does the day-to-day look like?

The days will be dynamic and engaging. You will lead your team through the daily harvest operations, ensuring that all plants are processed efficiently and prepared for the next stages of production. Your responsibilities include scheduling and supervising the harvest, monitoring environmental conditions to optimize the drying phase, and managing the post-harvest workflows to maintain the integrity of our product. You'll also be in charge of training new team members, implementing our quality control standards, and ensuring that all procedures comply with industry regulations. Your hands-on approach will help maintain a clean and organized environment and drive continuous improvements in our harvesting techniques.

So, who are we looking for?

You'd be an great fit if you:

Are at least 21 years of age or older.
Have at least 3 years of experience in a production or cannabis cultivation facility.
Bring at least 1 year of management or supervisory experience in a regulated field, with a strong adherence to health and safety protocols.
Possess a deep understanding of plant care and post-harvest processes.
Are adept at organizing, coordinating, and directing team activities.
Have excellent interpersonal communication abilities and are adept at planning and organizing work activities.
