Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized advice and recommendations.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
Policy Consultations: Conduct detailed policy consultations, explaining coverage options, terms, and conditions to clients to help them make informed decisions.
New Business Development: Proactively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
Application Processing: Accurately process insurance applications, ensuring all required information is obtained and documented.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
