Responsibilities:

Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient's condition, document patient's progress, and modify care plans as needed
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on the position

Shift and Time: 7:00pm-07:30am
