Bilingual Receptionist

FirstFour Staffing has partnered with a reputable payroll company that is in need of a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team in Mobile, Alabama. 

****This is an onsite role and cannot be performed remotely. Please do not apply if you are unable to work in-person or if you are not bilingual. 

SUMMARY: The ideal candidate will be bilingual, outgoing and have the desire to work amongst others. They will be detail oriented with the ability to multitask while assisting clients with exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer multi-line phone system & greet walk-ins. 
• Ensure documentation is completed for new hire onboarding & reprint W2s as needed.
• Redirect customers to the pertinent department, if needed.
• Defer to management in instances of uncertainty.
• Monitor call and mail histories.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual; English & Spanish
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality, ability to communicate well and build professional relationships.
• Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar.
• Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to craft professional emails.
• Active listening skills and attention to minutiae.
• Professional, courteous, and forbearing.
• Well-groomed and neat in appearance.
