Navitas Business Consulting is seeking an entry level Accounting Clerk to join our team in Herndon VA. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training. What we're looking for is a candidate with the aptitude and eagerness to learn. If you're detail-oriented and have a passion for numbers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist with basic accounting tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
Data entry and record keeping
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with month-end financial reports.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus
College degree is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field
