Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their real estate needs are met
• Generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Coordinate property showings and open houses
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Stay current on market trends and property values

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one

Salary: $52,000 to $65,000
