Position: Bakery Front Retail Associate

Are you a morning person with a smile as warm as our freshly baked croissants? If you have a passion for pastries and a knack for making customers feel special, we want you on our team! At JJBakes & Co., we believe that every macaron, muffin, and slice of bread holds a little magic. As a Bakery Front Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, spreading joy and delivering deliciousness directly to our customers.

Schedule:

Tuesday: 7am - Noon
Wednesday: 7am - Noon
Thursday: 7am - 2pm
Friday: 7am - 2pm

What You'll Do:

Create Sweet Experiences: Greet every visitor with a smile and a sample. Be the reason they leave happier than when they came in!
Be the Expert: Know your éclairs from your eclairs. Help customers choose from our wide range of baked goods and answer questions with confidence.
Ring It Up: Handle cash and credit transactions like a pro. Keep everything running smoothly behind the counter.
Visual Treats: Help set up eye-catching displays that make passersby stop and stare (and then step inside!).
Keep It Sparkling: Maintain a spotless front area so every customer feels they’re stepping into a slice of heaven.

What You Need:

Ability to juggle tasks and engage with our amazing customers
Love for early mornings—as that’s when the magic happens!
Dependability with scheduled work shifts
