MUST:
Experienced Printer Technician
3 – 5 years of experience Printer Technician (Not help desk but soley working on Printers)
3+ years working for companies like XEROX, CANON, etc. required
3 – 5 years of experience working with Printers & Copiers
Must be able to Travel to 85to 10 customer sites per day
Experience working with companies like Client, OEM, Client, Etc.
Provide assistance to Senior Technician in relations to all contract obligations and requirements
Certifications in any of the following: A+, Security +, Network+, ITIL, MCP, or equivalent certifications
DUTIES:
Manage escalated technical printer to desktop support incidents and provide functional support and assistance to a local and nation-wide customer base, following specific processes and guidelines to ensure that tasks are completed consistently and efficiently
Receive and respond to customer inquiries, requests, and escalations via telephone, email
Troubleshoot and resolve problems to satisfy requests.
Do any necessary research and on the job training necessary to resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner
Correctly refer unresolved problems to high level support technicians and/or groups when the situation requires
Prepares and delivers printer supplies
Provides IT support to assist the Government with software, hardware, computer systems, and networks.
Can answer typically questions from network or computer users over the phone or via the internet.
Your duties include helping Government employees troubleshoot technical problems
Maintains records of materials and supplies used
Operates a variety of office equipment including a computer; downloads computer files detailing print job requirements as necessary; prepares digital image files using various software applications
Provide technical support and training to end users
Provide Preventive Maintenance on print fleet
Resolve printer errors; Repair printers as needed #INDPRO
