We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Revo Business Center. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
Proactively engage with potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Provide accurate and timely order processing, pricing information, and product availability details to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings based on business needs.
