Tablet Press Machine Operator

Seeking for experienced Tablet Press Operator.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Operation of Tablet Press machine.
• Monitor quality of tablets produced.
• Keep room clean and orderly.
• Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• As an employee, you are responsible for the quality of our product.
• Fill in the next line in the equipment log book.
• Check equipment for cleanliness.
• Major clean of the production area per schedule.
• Get the blend from warehouse per instruction on paperwork.
• Affix matching labels to equipment and lined container ready to be filled.
• Check weight, height and appearance of tablets every 15-30 minutes and record on worksheet.
• Check quality of product looking for defects such as capping, sticking, spots or broken tablets.
• Adjust and vacuum equipment as necessary during compression run.
• Put the containers on skids, weigh them and return the completed paperwork to the Production Supervisor after completion of the batch.
• Vacuum machine and surrounding area at the end of the day and when job is over.
• Fill in the Room Cleaning Log.
• Fill in the next line of log book and update daily.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
• Follow SOP’s and work SAFELY.
• Comply with the Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
