Marketing Intern (Video / Photo / Design)

Marketing Direction is a fully-remote marketing agency seeking a talented and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll gain valuable experience in the marketing field while working on exciting projects for our diverse clientele.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform video and photography shoots for agency and client projects, including operating equipment and capturing high-quality content (must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to locations with the Greater Tampa Bay area).
• Perform post-production editing on video, audio and photo content using editing software (familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software is required).
• Create engaging social media graphics and other visual content using design software (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus).
• Assist with content marketing initiatives, potentially including website updates (WordPress experience a plus).
• Support other marketing team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related program at a university or college.
• Strong videography and photography skills, including experience shooting and editing content.
• Familiarity with post-production editing software (familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software is required).
• A creative eye and a knack for creating engaging visual content.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus points:
  • Experience with web design (WordPress) and graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Ability to travel occasionally to live events for content capture.
  • Own camera and basic video/photography equipment.
