Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients or representatives for repeat business and referrals.
Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to upsell value to the client’s landscape.
Address and resolve challenging client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that all jobs meet both Mackey Services and client expectations, upholding Mackey Services standards.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all customer requests are met.
Clearly communicate and provide reports on the progress of accounts.
