MASONS / MASON TENDERS / FLATWORK MASONS NEEDED

Bast Hatfield Construction, LLC is seeking Masons and Mason Tenders with 1 - 3 years minimum experience in Commercial Masonry work.

Mason experience should include:

• laying brick,
• block,
• architectural block,
• precast,
• cultured stone, and
• natural stone veneers
• general construction skills.

** Mason tender experience should include:

• mixing mortar and grout,
• cutting block,
• brick,
• stone,
• building and dismantling conventional scaffold and Hydro-Mobile,
• operating all-terrain forklifts.

FLATWORK MASONS - Bast Hatfield Construction, LLC is seeking Flatwork Masons with 1 -3 years experience in Commercial Concrete work.

Experience should include:

• forming,
• reinforcement installation,
• placing, and
• finishing of interior slabs on grade,
• slabs on deck,
• sidewalks,
• concrete pavements, etc.
• finishing experience using both walk behind and ride-on power trowels.

** Experience utilizing a Somero Copperhead Laser and Power Rake a plus.

Experience with:

• stamped concrete,
• operating all-terrain forklifts

Experience with other commercial construction trades such as forming and pouring foundations and masonry work a plus.

Very competitive pay rates and benefits offered based on experience and skill sets. Much of our upcoming work is prevailing wage rate for which completion of an OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety and Health Course is required.

Reliable transportation to various locations across the greater capital district is required.
