Valmar Holdings is looking for a local React Developer in the Buffalo area to play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our TotalityLMS SAAS solution. The ideal candidate possesses a hunger to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive applications that meet our business needs.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain exceptional user interfaces for our platforms using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Work closely with the product team to design and implement complex technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Craft reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Keep abreast of advancements in JavaScript and React technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a React Developer.
• Proficient in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design.
• Familiarity with React state management patterns (such as Flux or Redux).
• Knowledge of modern EcmaScript standards (ES6+).
• Proficient in using RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong grasp of front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
